Why Visuals?
Visuals are a great way to communicate both to and with children. One of the best parts is that the information doesn’t change—it stays consistent, which can be really reassuring for kids. And the best part? Visuals aren’t scary!
They can get expensive, but don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! Below are some fantastic resources that are either free or very affordable.

An awesome website with free trial and paid version ($140 AUD) for therapists to use creating personalised resources for families. I used this daily, and I love how fast it is! You can also upload you own logos/ photos etc which make it so much easier.

Twinkl provides thousands of free pages with social skills and behavioural regulation activities and guidance, learning songs and games, communication cards, academic material, and transition guides for employment and life skills.
